Heart My Pool New Home Purchase Pool Inspection
If you are buying a home with a pool get a pool inspection. Some home inspectors don’t know much about pools. They can look for some basic things, but they won’t know as much as a pool company. Heart My Pool offers home inspections for a very affordable price.
Home Inspection Includes:
- Equipment Check: We will check the filter, the motor, the pump housing, the main drains (to make sure they meet the Virginia Baker Act), the heater (solar, gas, electric), the salt cell and test the automation system to look for any leaks or things that are not working. We also list all of your equipment for future reference.
- 24 Hour Loss Test
- Current Water Chemistry: We will test the water to make sure the stabilizer levels are not over 50ppm. Pools that have high stabilizers should be drained and water added to make sure the stabilizer is not over 50ppm.
